Badger Boys State, Inc. presents various graphics, images and photographs on its website and other promotional materials for the purposes of sharing information, promoting its program and for the benefit of the participants, their families and sponsors. Any graphic, image or photograph displayed, downloaded, screen captured, scanned, cached or shared through any method is intended and restricted to private use by this intended group of individuals. Photos can be copied, transmitted electronically, displayed and printed provided the participant’s image is contained in the photo or that of his friends. At no time are these digital assets to be altered in any way with the goal of discrediting, falsely portraying or misleading others regarding the Badger Boys State program or any person or entity found in the image or photo.

The American Legion retains and reserves all rights to the circular logo bearing its name. This logo cannot be used for any purpose without written approval from the American Legion (www.legion.org). Badger Boys State, Inc retains and reserves all rights to the Badger Boys State name and state logo which represents the program. Pictures that contain the American Legion and Badger Boys State logos can be used provided individuals in the photo meet the criteria put forth above.

Badger Boys State, Inc. reserves the right to remove photos from its site without warning or notification. It also reserves the right to recall any image and all of its copies (electronic or printed) from those who have purchased photo access at its discretion and upon notification of those individuals.

The credentials used to login and download photo access pictures are not to be shared outside of the participant’s family members.
